Developed over one thousand nationally marketed personal care products, including hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, spa formulations and treatment products. 
Designed, built and managed various cosmetic manufacturing and research facilities nationwide. 
Featured lecturer to Society of Cosmetic Chemists, HBA, Beauty Industry West and other professional and private organizations. 
Instructor in Cosmetic Science and related courses for UCLA Extension. Frequently consulted by various beauty publications and other media, including Fox Communications and CBS. Articles published in various technical journals.
